I can change the number and address depending on the city chosen. This will look approximately this way - I get to the admin block with settings - city/number/address/what you want, you will fill. Then in the hat will be a list of cities that falls out (e.g. near the language choice) - a person chooses his city and the data changes as you need.
You can stylize under the site or if you have desires - we will do as you need.
