I have successful experience in combating this reason for Merchant blocking.

This is not a very complicated reason for blocking: it could be low performance of mobile or desktop versions of the website pages according to PageSpeed Insights, it could be a poorly or incorrectly filled Robots file in terms of prohibitions for the Google bot, there may be watermarks/additional text on product photos, or the website lacks online payment functionality, there may be template filler texts like "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet", poorly filled pages about payment/shipping/exchange/returns, the one-click purchase form does not allow choosing courier delivery, etc.

Also, your website must be accessible from anywhere in the world where there is internet, because the website check is performed by moderators who may not physically be in Ukraine or send their bots for auto-moderation from foreign servers, and if the site is inaccessible to them, then the Merchant is most likely not going to unblock it. In the Merchant's documentation, it is recommended to check the site using the service geopeeker.com. Or this can be done by your programmer using a premium proxy or their own methods.

The site needs to be visible to scan it. And add your site to Google Search Console to request the removal of your old links to 404 pages from Google's index, which Google still has information about in its database.

Regarding photos on product pages and on product list pages:
• Do not allow the publication of product photos where the packaging is shown not in a three-dimensional format, but just from a front angle. Such shots will need to be retaken so that the flap/tab of the packaging is open, or the packaging is shown at a half-turn.
• As the main photo, the product with packaging cannot be used, because the main photo must contain only the product on a white or transparent background.
• Do not allow violations in additional images of products, namely the logo or text overlaid on the product.
• The product must occupy at least 75% of the entire image area (according to Merchant rules, the product itself must occupy from 75% to 90% of the image area, and the product must not be covered by any text, logo, or watermark).
• Scanning of images by search engine bots should not be blocked by your robots.txt file. Expand
