I have a creative project: creating a module for activating a pallet inverter.
The thing is, at one of our warehouses, an inverter is used to flip pallets. But this is done with a forklift. (The inverter scheme and a video of how this is done are attached)
That is why, to automate and simplify the process a bit, we made a prototype of a module that will help flip pallets with the help of a motor. (A video of the module is attached)
It is necessary to calculate all the parameters of this module for production, suggest options for the motor that we need to purchase, and create drawings for the production of this module.
Just one comment regarding the prototype: the cables on the prototype do not run along the module but follow a triangular trajectory. I would like to hide them or run them along the sides of the module to eliminate the chance of catching something with these cables.

Процес кантування повинен проходити нв вилах підйомника, чи пристрій кантування повинен бути розташований стаціонарно?
Тобто погружчик укладає палету на кантувач, а потім знімає її вже перевернуту на 90 градусів і відвозить до місця штабелювання?
Опишіть, будь ласка сам процес обробки цього вантажа.

Вага - до 3 тон (найважча, що можу бути)
Цей модуль повинен бути частиною самого інвертора збоку
Трохи опишу процес з цими палетами: ми веземо на склад морські контейнери з гіпсокартоном. Через певну ширину контейнера ми придумали оптимізувати завантаження контейнера створивши вертикальні та горизонтальні палети. Потім ці палети треба відвантажити кінцевим покупцям. З горизонтальними палетами проблем немає, але виникла проблема з вертикальними. Перед завантаженням в машину, ширина якої більша ніж ширина контейнера, ми повинні перевернути вертикальні палети, щоб клієнт зміг їх розвантажити з машини. Саме тому на складі використовують цей інвертор. Навантажувач знімає вертикальну палету з контейнера, ставить на інвертор, вилами зачіплює один край інвертора і перевертає його разом з палетою. Далі підіймає вже горизонтальну палету і розставляє в такому вигляді на складі, або одразу завантажує в машину. -
Наскільки я зрозумів, сама палета має поддони з отворами під вила погружчика знизу та з одної з вертикальних стінок?
Можете надати габарити креслення САМОЇ ПАЛЕТИ з отворами для вил?
Модна ж не "перекочувати" весь кантувач з палетою, а обертати вздовж горизонтальної геометричній осі, яка проходить через центр тядіння палети. А приводити у рух за допомогою зубчастої пари використовуючи електропривод.
У цьому випадку можна обійтися мінімальною потужністю привода.

1 - Модель, которую Вы изготовили, будет очень энергозатратной.
2 - Версии с применением сторонних или дополнительных приводов требуют дополнительной системы управления ними.
Есть способ избавиться и от п.1 и от п.2 не усложняя конструкцию.
