You need to create a 3D model of a roller system in SolidWorks 2023, which provides movement of a heavy metal cart along two C-shaped guides.
The rollers used are bearings 6304 ZZ (https://pidshipnyk.com.ua/uk/p80984-pidshipnik-6304-zz205215-metal), mounted on M20 bolts. The design of one roller must withstand a load up to 100 kg, and be suitable for welded or bolted mounting.
1. Dimensions and overall operation logic: the bearing is placed on a bolt, the bolt is attached to the frame (cart). The bearing moves along the C-shaped guide.

2. Placement on guides:
Guides - C-shaped profiles made of 4mm steel. It is necessary to model a C-shaped guide (profile).
Preliminary steel thickness of the guide is 4 mm. The guide will have a 1mm clearance for free movement of the bearing.

Main structure: black metal (carbon steel)
Bolts - standard steel M20 (available in Ukraine)
Tube (or nut) - regular steel or machined bushing
The assembly should be as simple and technological as possible

Laser cutting (for flanges, plates)
Sheet metal bending:
Maximum bend length - 1600 mm
Thickness up to 3 mm - full length bending possible
Thickness over 3 mm - only short bends
Milling (holes, grooves, burs - if needed)
Welding - for the bracket body or mounting
6. Mechanical requirements:
Load on one roller: up to 100 kg (to be modeled)
Radial forces - main source of load
Rotation: 0.1–1 rpm
It is desirable to have a safety margin of x1.5–x2

All elements must have correct material assignment (correct weight indicated).
Assembly file with all parts correctly linked
Assembly drawings with dimensions
Specification listing all parts and materials
DXF/DWG files for laser cutting (sheet metal layouts)

Assembly and manufacturing sequence.
