It is necessary to develop a concept and content strategy for a Telegram community.
The document should cover the following questions:
1. Justification of which type of community - Telegram channel or Telegram group we should use for our project to achieve our goals. If we should use both - then why and how the audience will move between these two types of communities.
2. Community name (2-3 options, based on the theme of our project, global trends, and trends within Telegram itself)
3. Channel description: explaining what users can get from the community.
4. Channel goals (how to use the accumulated audience on company resources)
5. Types of content we will use. Clearly and detailed, so that the SMM manager who will manage the community later has a clear vision for creating a content plan. If it's about news, then what topics of news? Any other types of content we will use. It is also necessary to specify the sources of information.
6. Publication frequency.
7. Editorial policy: style and tone, content quality.
8. Ways to retain users (interactivity, exclusive content, feedback, etc.)
9. Analytics and success measurement
10. Ways to attract clients. What advertising channels will we use to attract clients.
General requirements:
- The document must be written in a formal, structured, and analytical style, without grammatical errors, without judgmental opinions.
- The document must be done in a corporate style (using the template we will provide)
