Develop a support for a pipe Ø1535 mm

It is necessary to develop in SolidWorks 2023 (with a complete set of source files) a support for a pipe with a diameter of 1535 mm and a weight of up to 19 tons. The design must be as lightweight as possible, economical in metal, but strong and reliable.

References:

1. Pipe: outer diameter — 1535 mm, weight — up to 19,000 kg.

2. Rubber: inside the support there should be a rubber gasket with a thickness of 2 mm along the curved surface.

3. Manufacturing technologies:

   • Laser cutting of sheet metal

   • Metal bending (if necessary):

     • Maximum bending length: 1600 mm

     • Maximum thickness for bending: 3 mm

     • For thickness over 3 mm — bending lines must be shorter.

4. Metal: black metal (non-critical type, e.g., steel St3 or equivalent).

5. Lifting:

   • The support must have projections for a forklift.

6. Pipe fixation:

   • Holes for tension belts or other solutions for pipe fixation.

7. Height adjustment:

   • The support must be able to be installed on vibration dampers 31M (4 pcs, each for 3500 kg):

   • It should also work without vibration dampers (the support stands on the floor).

8. Welding:

   • Preferably laser welding or electrode welding.

9. Load:

   • It is mandatory to perform load testing in SolidWorks Simulation.

What needs to be provided:

• Files of all individual parts (SolidWorks format)

• Assembly file with all parts correctly attached

• Assembly drawings with dimensions

• Specification listing all parts and materials

• DXF/DWG files for laser cutting (unfolding of sheet metal)

• Optionally — visualization render or .step file for viewing

Expected result:

The design must be weight-efficient, balanced in stiffness, logical for production, taking into account the specified production constraints.
