Для расчета способности выдержать имеющейся конструкции мне нужны по ней данные: Высота стойки, расстояние между стойками и из чего стойка сделана, ну и размеры самой стойки

колона - два швелера по 180х65мм сформовані в колону 180х390 . 5000мм між центрами стійок. ферма виготовлена з 100мм швелера . нижній і верхнє ребро ферми ширина 180мм(40мм+100мм+40мм). діагональ швелер 100мм. Висота колони від підлоги до низу полки на яку встановлюються направляючі для кранбалки - 5000мм, полка 100мм, від полки до ферми 1900мм тобто від підлоги до ферми 7000мм

Vitalii L. 23 September 2022Тут ведь еще не точно известно из чего сварена ферма крыши, то есть точное сечение профилей и их материал. Я когда варил ангары для самолётов, ферму крыши пришлось делать сборную из двух половин, а поскольку узел соединения самое слабое звено - я его сварил отдельно в точности, как на фермах и порвал на стенде. После такого испытания я точно знаю сколько можно нагрузить на ферму, а тут зазор и не дай Бог где-то кто-то не так посчитал и не сделал большой запас. Новый ангар будет дороже нового гусака)

😁 нє нє не треба нам ангар ставити під ризик. краще колону помучаєм. 240 це максимум але якщо 6метрів тоже не проходить то на крайняк 5 але тоді нам внизу треба трохи робити зміни

але продольного переміщення зараз не потрібно. це вже буде друга серія коли потрібно буде тоді прийдеться кран балку встановити на всю ширину

Vitalii L. 23 September 2022Цифры: 18 швеллер (Ваши стойки) имеет момент сопротивления 1850 кг х м, у Вас момент от гусака при его высоте метр - 1800, то есть стойки вполне достаточно. Но:
Момент стойки от ветровой нагрузки при урагане - 3675 кг х м, то есть при ураганах работать этой балкой я бы не стал)
А в остальном запас прочности есть - можно ставить туда гусак, грузоподъемностью максимально 500 кг

The quality of the renders is very basic 4. 2D technical drawings: walls and partitions, sanitary, electricity, lighting, flooring, wall finishes, walls elevations, bar counter elevation, cake display furniture drawings adjustments. No need elevation and furniture drawings for the kitchen. All drawings are very simple level execution, not detailed. Each drawing will be provided to be used for adjustments. The base thickness of the plate is about 2.5–3.0 mm. Side edges: Equipped with locking teeth inclined backward (harpoon principle). The spacing between the teeth should be uneven/variable.
