I work with multi-channel logic, where all inquiries from Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, and social networks go to a single processing center, and then are managed according to scenarios with AI logic and business rules.
The architecture is usually built so that the AI operates within a clear knowledge base and scenarios. This uses a combination of LLM + rules + RAG approach, where responses are limited to the actual data of the clinic.
Integration with the CRM DocDream can be implemented via API, including:
client appointment scheduling
recording contacts and dialogue history
visit reminders
synchronization of appointment statuses
It is also possible to add:
automatic lead qualification
transfer of dialogue to the administrator for complex inquiries
logic for "leading to appointment" through scenarios and AI dialogue
