Development of chatbots for Telegram and WhatsApp, which will allow truck drivers to:
Register.
Upload photos of waybills (TTN) for recognition.
Receive information about the type of vehicle body based on the data obtained during recognition.
Verify the entered information and confirm its accuracy.
Specify the planned arrival date at the checkpoint.
Send geolocation of the vehicle's location during the upload of the TTN photo from the bot.
Receive updated information about the vehicle's geolocation at certain intervals.
Receive messages from the Dispatcher and Photos/Links (port pass).
Receive voice instructions in the format of “simulation” of dispatcher voice calls (i.e., the bot sends previously recorded voice messages that appear as a call).
