Development of a bot (Telegram and WhatsApp) for drivers
Dear "bot creators", there is a need to develop a bot that automates the process of creating a flight request and tracking the movement of vehicles to a checkpoint based on geolocation indicators.
Brief project description
Development of chatbots for Telegram and WhatsApp, which will allow truck drivers to:
Register.
Upload photos of waybills (TTN) for recognition.
Receive information about the type of vehicle body based on the data obtained during recognition.
Verify the entered information and confirm its accuracy.
Specify the planned arrival date at the checkpoint.
Send geolocation of the vehicle's location during the upload of the TTN photo from the bot.
Receive updated information about the vehicle's geolocation at certain intervals.
Receive messages from the Dispatcher and Photos/Links (port pass).
Receive voice instructions in the format of “simulation” of dispatcher voice calls (i.e., the bot sends previously recorded voice messages that appear as a call).
Technology stack (preliminary composition, may be changed by developers when forming the proposal)
Telegraf.js – for the Telegram bot.
WhatsApp API (Meta) – for the WhatsApp bot.
Microsoft SQL/MariaDB – database.
Google Vision API – for OCR processing of TTN.
Google Maps API – for working with geolocation.
Express.js / Fastify – for implementing the API (preliminary proposals).
Integrations
API "Information about vehicles and their owners" – obtaining the type of body.
Google Vision API – text recognition from TTN.
Google Maps API – distance calculation.
API “Dispatcher Software” - control of flight stages and exchange of messages/media files/instructions for further movement.
