Design of transport packaging (box) for entrance doors.
Material: White corrugated cardboard.
Printing method: Flexographic printing (2 colors).
Color scheme: Strictly 2 colors (according to the main colors of the brand book). It is necessary to specify Pantone numbers or percentage ratios for mixing paints.
Printing zones: It is prohibited to place elements on the folds (score lines) and gluing flaps. The distance from the fold line must be at least 10 mm.
File format: Only vector (AI, EPS or PDF). All fonts must be converted to outlines.
Lines and objects: Avoid overly thin lines and small text, consider a possible shift of 5 mm when printing different colors.
Since this is flexographic printing on corrugated cardboard, it is better to avoid large solid fills (floods) of one color, as micro-unevenness of the texture may be noticeable on the cardboard.
Layout structure:
Front panel: logo, product name, contacts, QR, transportation information.
End panels: technical information.
Back panel: logo, product name, contacts, QR, transportation information.
What needs to be provided as output:
Print-ready vector file (Scale 1:1).
Visualization (mockup) of how the doors will look in the assembled box.
Specification of the colors used (Pantone)
