Project Meta:
Creation of an interactive online map of social services in the city, which will allow
users to quickly obtain information about social support institutions, medical
facilities, educational institutions, and community organizations.
The interactive map should be embedded and fully functional on the website of the community organization,
created on the Gamma platform.
2. Output Materials
The client provides the contractor with:
PDF file of the social services map
JPEG file of the map (base for the interactive map)
a table of institutions (18 organizations)
the organization's logo.
The logo is provided in PNG or SVG format.
3. Functional Requirements
The map must contain 18 clickable markers corresponding to the locations
of the institutions.
When clicking on a marker, an information window should open, containing:
the name of the institution
the address
the phone number
the working hours
Categories of services
The markers should have different colors depending on the category.

5. Design Elements
The interactive map should display:
the name of the map
the legend of categories
the names of districts
the organization's logo
an informational note about possible data changes under martial law
The design of the map should closely match the provided PDF layout.
6. Map Functionality
The map should support:
zooming
dragging the map
opening information when clicking on a marker
proper operation on mobile devices
7. Technological Requirements

Leaflet.js or similar library
The base of the map is a JPEG raster image.
8. Administrative Panel
The interactive map should include an administrative panel that allows the client
to manage the information independently.
The administrator should be able to:
add new organizations
edit information
delete records
add new service categories
moderate data
For each institution, it should be possible to edit:
the name
the address
the phone number
the working hours
the category
the location point on the map.
9. Access to the Administrative Panel
Access to the admin panel is provided through:
login
password
The administrative panel should work through a web browser.
10. Integration of the Map on the Website
The organization's website is created on the Gamma platform.
The contractor must:
1. Place the interactive map on web hosting.
2. Provide access to the map via a public link.
3. Embed the map on the organization's website via iframe or embed.
4. Check the correct operation of the map on the website.
After completion of the work, the map should fully function on the organization's website.
11. Responsiveness
The interactive map should work correctly:
on computers
on tablets
on mobile devices.
12. Result of the Work
After the completion of the work, the contractor hands over to the client:
a working interactive map
a link to the map
the map integrated into the organization's website
full access to the administrative panel
the administrator's login and password
the project's source files.
Transfer of access and usage instructions
After the completion of the work, the contractor is obliged to provide the client with:
the administrator's login and password for the administrative panel
access to the hosting or server where the interactive map is located
the project's source files
a brief instruction for using the administrative panel.
The instruction should include:
the procedure for logging into the administrative panel
the procedure for adding a new institution
the procedure for editing information
the procedure for deleting records.
The instruction is provided in PDF or Word format.
