It is necessary to develop working design documentation (KMD) for the manufacture of a bucket for scrap metal with a capacity of 22 m³ for a 20-ton electric arc furnace. The project documentation (drawings) already exists — developed by the Italian company SAMA s.r.l. The drawings are complete but made schematically — they need to be translated into production documentation.
Product: 8595A1-A-10001, weight ≈12 tons, material S275JR and S355 (European rolled steel)
Scope of work:
— develop a 3D model of the product;
— display welds and sections on all parts;
— provide markings for welds under NDT (load connections);
— detail load-bearing elements (shafts, pins, opening mechanism);
— prepare unfoldings in DXF format for laser/plasma cutting;
— create working drawings of all parts and assembly units;
— compile material specifications;
— develop an assembly diagram.
No development is required (available, provided by the client):
— main hook beam (WP 20 t, span 3290 mm);
— auxiliary hook No. 10 DIN 15401/1 (max. load 6436 kg);
— open truss (476 kg, UPN 280) — drawings are available, only the connection nodes need to be considered.
A complete set of original drawings (15 sheets PDF) is attached to the project for review and assessment of the scope of work:
— 8595A1-A-10001 (sheets 1, 2) — assembly drawing of the bucket;
— 8595A1-D-10001 (sheets 1, 2) — bucket;
— 8595A1-D-10002 (sheets 1, 2) — left half of the basket;
— 8595A1-D-10003 (sheets 1, 2) — right half of the basket;
— 8595A1-D-10004 — axis (pos. 104); D-10005 — lever (pos. 105); D-10006 — axis (pos. 106); D-10007 — axis (pos. 107);
— 85955A1-D-10008 — open truss; D-10009 — support plate; D-10010 — plate.
Preferred software: SolidWorks, Inventor or Kompas-3D.
Experience in technological metal structures (buckets, hoppers, GPM) is required, not in building frames.
