We are making it as simple as possible on the template, a minimal standard cabinet can be with order history.
The template must be responsive for different screens.
The finished site should be in the green zone of Google PageSpeed and have basic security settings. For example, if you offer WordPress, we replaced the wp-admin URL with another one, installed a plugin that requires entering a captcha for login, and similar.
It would also be ideal to have basic settings for search engine optimization. For example, in WP - it is necessary to enable SEO-friendly URLs and install a plugin for meta tags.
There will be up to 3,000 products
All products are currently in a CSV file. Importantly, there are links to images, it is necessary to ensure that in the new store the images are stored as files. Also, in this CSV file, the product description is made in Polish and is in HTML code. On the new site, the description should be in Spanish. I think this task can be easily solved by a paid AI. And in principle, if this is difficult / time-consuming / expensive for you to do, I can provide a new file with the correct description.
I understand that you want more details, to see references, but I still ask you to provide a ROUGH estimate for this work based on the description above, I suggest dividing it into several stages, for example
1) launching the store on the template according to the specified structure in Spanish (+-1 week and XXX money)
2) filling the store with products from the file (+- 2 weeks, TTT money)
3) final settings: security, SEO, ... (3 days, CCC money)
