It is necessary to develop a printed circuit board and a 3D model of a case in the 1 DIN form factor for it. The board and the list of all components must be ready for sending to manufacturing and assembly services, such as JLCPCB. The case model must be prepared for printing. After development, all files must be provided to the customer. The board is powered by 12 to 24 volts, and must have protection against sudden voltage drops and protection against incorrect polarity connection. On the back of the board, there should be a connector for power supply and interfaces. The board must include a header for connecting Raspberry Pi Pico W, SP3485, OLED display module SH1106, and a header for a 4-button membrane keyboard and its wiring. All unused pins (interfaces) from Raspberry Pi Pico W must be brought out to a separate header on the left side of the board (viewing the board from the front), and this header must also include 5-volt power, ground, and input stabilized voltage (12 or 24 volts). Near the Molex connector, pins that are not used in it should be brought out. That is, if an expansion board requiring pins for output (CAN, IBIS, etc.) is connected, this board can connect to them. The device will be operated in vehicles, so consider that it may be affected by increased temperature, vibration, and possible electromagnetic noise. More detailed information will be provided in correspondence. This board will be used for testing and will be installed in transport vehicles. Further cooperation in developing additional modules (expansion boards) and other components for this system is also possible.
