Development of a web page with TON token presale

It is necessary to implement 1 page with authorization (using the official Ton-connect) through popular ton wallets (Tonkeeper, MyTonWallet, TonHub or Space Wallet (the one in Telegram)).

Also, implement a smart contract for the presale of TON tokens, so that visitors can immediately send TON to the address on the page, then when the required amount is reached, the smart contract stops accepting new deposits and sends them back.

Technical task for the presale smart contract:

1) Ability to specify the minimum and maximum amount for sending (for example, 10-100 ton)

2) Upon successful "crediting" of funds from participants' wallets, they receive a transaction back with a comment "success",

3) Ability to specify the required amount (Hardcap), after reaching which funds are automatically returned to participants who did not make it in time

Technical task for UI and functionality of the web page:

1) Ability to set a countdown timer, after which a panel for collecting funds appears automatically

2) Display of the amount of funds raised in real time (parsing the smart contract)

3) Upon reaching HardCap (required amount in TON), participation is automatically closed and the corresponding block appears on the web page
