Technical Skills:

At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft 365 products.
In-depth knowledge in configuring and setting up CRM and ERP modules within
Microsoft 365.
Proficient in reporting and analytics in Dynamics 365.
Experience in programming languages such as PHP, Python, JavaScript, C#, or others, to extend platform capabilities, will be a significant advantage.

Administration and Configuration:

Professional proficiency in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Power Automate, Project, and M365 Admin Portal.
Experience managing users, roles, and access rights in Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform
Skills in customizing entities, forms, and workflows in the system.
Ability to effectively implement changes in configuration and support them.

Integrations and Connections:

Experience working with integrations between MS 365 and other systems.
Knowledge of tools for data import and export.
