Tymochko Marketing Agency is a team of professionals specializing in creating communication strategies, SMM support, developing advertising campaigns, targeted advertising, marketing audits of Ukrainian businesses, and providing consultations and training.
What needs to be done?
✅ Actively attract new clients (working with warm and cold leads). Perform the function of: lead generation, establishing partnerships, and sales manager.
✅ Daily correspondence with potential clients, making calls, and scheduling presentation meetings.
✅ Conduct negotiations, prepare and adapt commercial proposals, and close deals.
✅ Maintain the client database and CRM, control all stages of the sale.
✅ Analyze client needs and offer additional services/up-sell.
✅ Participate in 1-2 tenders per month (monitoring, document preparation).
✅ Implement and develop systematic work in the sales department. This department can start with you! It is necessary to establish the sales function in the agency and later build a team! Grow step by step, learn, and quickly implement AI in your work!
✅ Prepare analytics on sales effectiveness
✅ Coverage of expenses for professional training and courses
Our ideal candidate:
Has experience in sales of 1.5-2 years (digital/marketing, IT, service niche – will be an advantage).
Confident in negotiations, has a high level of communication.
Able to work with CRM systems.
Has experience participating in tenders.
Self-organized, responsible, and proactive.
What we offer:
✅ A salary of $500 + a 7% bonus from the deal and a transparent bonus system for achieving planned indicators.
