Sales Team Lead (Digital Agency)

We are 1Digital, a marketing agency from Ukraine.
Since 2016, we have been working with beauty brands, salons, schools, and masters.
We are currently actively entering the British market and are looking for a person who:

1 Building a sales department:

• create scripts and funnels

• select 1–2 managers

• train them

• control KPI

• optimize processes in CRM

• launch sales in the British direction

Requirements:

• sales experience of at least 1 year

• understanding of funnel operations

• experience in launching or managing managers

• lead generation skills

• preferably: experience in beauty / digital

• preferably: English — B1+

Payment:

During the probation period (up to 2 months):
➡ 15,000 UAH fixed

➡ + from 5% to 15% of sales
➡ + up to 8% from repeat sales

After confirmation of the team lead:
➡ Fixed 22,000 UAH + % + bonuses for managers' sales
