- Interface language — any (Russian / English / others, with the ability to switch languages).
- Design can be discussed through GPT chat, it’s not critical, the main thing is logic and convenience.
- A mobile version is needed (responsive).
- No backend admin panel — everything is configurable and manageable from the front end.
- The most important: cost and development timelines.
1. The first task — the "Companies" section
Create the "Companies" section with 3 pages:
- Page 1 — Add a company
Layout: https://ibb.co/mCjKJxgm - Page 2 — List / ranking of companies
Layout: https://ibb.co/HfDgM7RN - Page 3 — Inside the company card
Layout: https://ibb.co/7FsDW6M
2. Roles and access
There should be 3 types of access:
- View
- Can view data
- Can set tasks (to clarify the logic of rights later)
- User
- Works with clients, tasks, companies, etc.
- Limited rights compared to super-admin
- Super-admin
- User management
- Access management
- Country switching
- Advanced system settings
In the future, it is important to have experience integrating a GPT assistant that helps with work, answers questions, and helps formulate tasks. It is not necessary to connect it now, but the structure should be laid out for it.
3. Main CRM menu
Need to create a top / side CRM menu (reference layout: https://ibb.co/3m5G6zyr):
Menu sections:
- Clients
- Tasks
- Companies
- Sales
- SEO
- Franchises
- Finance
- Add (button)
The "Add" button opens a selection when clicked:
- Add client
- Add task
- Add company
On the top right:
- Search (by name, company, website address, Instagram, etc.)
- GPT chat — field/button: "Set task via GPT" (currently a placeholder, but space should be provided).
To the right of the menu, a block with the user's avatar:
- User (user icon that can be changed)
- In the dropdown menu:
- Settings
- Favorites
- Reports
- Logout
4. Flag, date, country
In the left corner (top part of the interface):
- Flag of Ukraine 🇺🇦
- Next to it: date and time — example:
Important:
- If the user has super-admin rights, they can quickly change the country.
- When clicking on the flag/country name — a dropdown list of countries for quick switching.
5. Country settings
In the CRM settings:
- There are different countries, but a unified CRM system.
- For each country — its own database (separate clients, companies, deals, etc.).
- The super-admin assigns the user to the required country (one or several countries, depending on the logic).
6. "Users" section
A section available only to the super-admin:
Functionality:
- Create a new user
- Manage existing users
User fields:
- Name
- Login
- Password
- Actions: Delete, Edit
7. Search
A quick search across the system is needed:
- By company/client name
- By keywords
- By website addresses
- By Instagram / other links
The search should work in "Companies" and throughout the CRM (at least the structure should be laid out).
