Нужно исправить ошибки и доработать функционал сайта на WordPress.

Есть сайт adverts-test.tk/ (домен тестовый, будет меняться).
На сайте есть "доска объявлений", реализованная через wordpress-плагин WP Adverts (https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/wpadverts/)
В этой доске объявлений есть возможность как бесплатного размещения объявлений, так и приёма оплаты за размещения объявлений.
Приём оплаты реализован через "связку" WP Adverts с плагином интернет-магазина WooCommerce (woocommerce.com/) через плагин WP Adverts – WooCommerce Payments (https://wpadverts.com/extensions/woocommerce-integration/)
В системе WooCommerce создан "виртуальный кошелёк" (с помощью плагина Wallet System Plugin For WordPress WooCommerce, https://store.webkul.com/Wallet-System-WordPress-WooCommerce.html)
Кошелёк создан для того, чтобы пользователи могли оплачивать размещение объявлений на сайте с помощью виртуального счёта в этом кошельке.
В то же время, на сайте есть ряд проблем:
1) объявление невозможно "поднять" (обновить) – соответствующая кнопка есть, но не работает;
2) оплаченное объявление появляется на сайте, но списание средств с виртуального кошелька не происходит – для этого администратору нужно вручную "утвердить заказ" в админке;
3) пользователь может публиковать неограниченное количество объявлений, т.е. возможен спам;
4) нет возможности для администратора вручную через админку менять количество виртуальных денег в виртуальном кошельке.
Кроме того, нужно добавить несколько функциональных возможностей (информация – в ТЗ).
