In order to get the most appropriate feedback, I especially waited a few days after the closure of the project to leave an honest and emotional feedback.The task was clear.When everything was ready, the customer quickly checked everything, as the volume of work was not large and it could be checked literally within a few hours.Then, the customer said he can’t close the project because he needs to wait for the decision of his customer that I didn’t like it very much, as no one warned that the project will be involved with any other third parties that will affect such important moments as the closure of the project.Well, cool, I thought, the customer promised until evening with the customer to discuss everything and evening to close the project.Of course I agreed.On the evening, no one closed the project, the customer simply ignored my message.The next day in the morning, he also ignored my message, although he was all the time online.In the afternoon (12 hours) he said he needed another 2-4 hours because he has not yet received a response "from his customer".After 16:00 he again ignored my message, although he was also online.Around 18:00 he wrote that he needed more time to check the project.When I wrote that I’m going to be forced to go to the arbitration, he said that the arbitration will give him another 3 days to check, type of mould, you don’t want to wait a few more hours, you’ll be another 3 days to wait.I decided to give him another chance and he promised to close the project in the evening at 22:00.This was the first stage of the project.It should have been 10 stages.Around 21:00, he created the second stage of the project on the service and asked me to accept the terms of the second stage, otherwise he doesn’t want to close the first stage.What was not quite logical for me and sounded like a duty.Type for what I have to accept the conditions of the second stage, if the first customer does not behave adequately.At the fact that the customer was online all the time and didn’t post, he said that a few managers work on the account, which is principally prohibited by the service rules.The project was still closed and from further cooperation I naturally refused.Make the conclusions yourself.
