Сайт будет помогать снять недвижимость
- регулярно проверяя площадки на новые объявления по параметрам данным арендатором и
- посылая сообщения от его лица.
Из функционала:

- Искать будем по 4-м площадкам.
- В личном кабинете юзер выставляет фильтры какие объекты его интересуют(метраж, цена, и.т.д.)
- Юзер вводит
- свой логин и пароль на площадках
- текст, который будем высылать арендодателям
- Сайт проверяет наличие новых объявлений каждые x минут
- Найдя подходящий объект, сайт посылает сообщение арендодателю и снимает credits со счёта юзера
- Нужна функция пополнения счёта. Пэймент процессинг любой.

Есть рабочий код для проверки новых постов и отправления сообщений по всем нужным площадкам, т.е. с нуля писать не придётся.

Поднять веб сервер на питоне, а с сайта делать запросы на сервер и выполнять парсинг. В чем трудность?

Я бы посоветовал вам смотреть в сторону Node.JS, на нем можно поднять сайт(фронт React, бэк Express) и организовать парсинг(а возможно у площадок где Вы собираетесь искать есть API) с под node. Будет намного стабильнее связка, и легко масштабировать будет. Так сказать, сделал и забыл)
