После окончания таймера можно сделать мигание (оповещение что время вышло)
Выводить списком то есть сколько забил столько и выводится. Чем меньше времени чем выше в списке
Ну и очистка экрана и все по новой (удаление записей) или можно сохранить на другую страницу куда нибудь и удалить с этой типа истории будет
никакой авторизации не нужно.

когда время выходит появляется уведомление на экране что время вышло а также в таблице выделяется красным(для отличия)
