Если вы хотите повторить форму карты, тем количеством треугольников, что нарисованы, никак не обойтись. Нужно будет прилично увеличить триангуляцию модели. В итоге вы просто замучаетесь вырезать и клеить эту модель, и выглядеть она будет уже совсем не так, как у вас на картинке
