Скорее всего Вам нужно ставить стратегию назначения ставок Макс кликов, с предельной ценой за клик 0,50 центов. Чтобы привлечь максимум кликов по такой цене. У Вас может быть максимум конверсий. И гугл проводит оптимизацию не на клики а на количество конверсий.

Доброго утра. В Вашем случае может помочь корректировка ставок. У гугла есть такая штука, если ставить слишком низкую цену за клик, трафика практически не будет. Я могу через семраш посмотреть, какая рекомендация цен за клик и скинуть Вам скрин.

Я проверил, у Вас слишком низкая цена за клик. Средняя рекомендуемая цена $1.20-$1.50 за клик. По этому нужно сделать оптимизацию цен.
