"Надо сделать работу, какую именно - напишу потом, но вы должны сейчас написать сколько будет эта работа стоить". И ладно бы заказчики - они такое часто пишут здесь, но чтобы делать ставки в таких проектах при таком подробном описании задания - это надо либо просто ставить ставки во всех подряд проектах, либо вообще не понимать главные принципы любого сотрудничества. На месте заказчиков я бы мониторил подобные проекты и делал заметки у исполнителей, которые тут ставки делают)))
