Hello, we can do everything from scratch, it will be more expensive, but the best option is to take these images, remove all the information and text, leaving only the background and logo, then upscale the quality to 300 dpi for printing and use it as a background, on which we will overlay vector text with the necessary information and generated vector QR codes, it will be without loss of quality (on the contrary - with an increase) and everything will be as needed according to the list. The only problem is the sizes, the proportions are not right, but this can be solved through Photoshop (the final file will be in Illustrator).

Those who write to you and offer to do it for 700 will do it the same way, only they haven't realized yet that the sizes don't fit and the text needs to be changed... later they will understand and there will be back and forth. In short, I can also do it in 5 minutes, but you won't like it.
