Выбираете район и населенный пункт и что бы результат был вся недвижимость в етом населенном пункте и можно ли добавить в фильтр тип сделки

И может реально в фильтр добавить и типы сделок они сделаны категориями по етому просто в блоке слева квартиры купить, снять так мне сказали разработчики, и еще я думал что нужно сделать так чтобы при добавлении и недвижемомсти и организаций ее местоположение автоматически подтягивалось по адресу теперь надо вручную на карте или вообще з гугл мап перейти на аналог беспланый
