C# Selenium Programming

Good day . I need more description, but I seem to understand - there is a program that through selenium extract some data about users.
Multitasking - if through Selenium, then what you are expecting, because it opens one browser and can "plain" in it only one thing at a given time. You can just open a few copies of the browser or switch between the tabs (but do this switching - it may take a lot of time to develop, and the result will not be worth it)
The work with the proxy is to make that when the browser is launched, the proxy extension and its activation are checked. At least 4 hours.
Create a folder - less than an hour, if there is nothing special to process in logic
Algorithm - I understand that the "methode" extract data, that is, you need to find a profile in a conditional list, find it, open and launch a ready logic. I think 2 to 3 hours
I can start at any time.
