Добрий день, так, треба. Якщо ви не змінювали назву домену на site.ru , то тоді ще й шлях до карти сайту треба поправити, ну і зробити її урл ЧПУ.
Директива host робилася для яндексу і вона вже роки 2 ним не підтримується.
