в принципе от дублей могу избавить от дублей в урле и хлебных крошках, но это не решение проблемы, надо сам генератор урлов смотреть

Я и занимаюсь СЕО, на сайте. Повторюсь, не должны пострадать сео урли что сгенерированы и проиндексированы. Вариант замены и перегенерации ссылок - не расматриваю
