Password security: Instead of the insecure MD5 on the client side, we will transmit passwords over HTTPS and use built-in, reliable Django mechanisms for hashing them on the server. This is the modern security standard.
Video storage: Instead of uploading video files (BLOB) to the database, which significantly reduces its performance, we will store them in the file system, and only the paths to them in the database.

I can work with the stack laravel + postgres.
If we combine the server part of the branches and the main server module, it will reduce the amount of work and speed up development.
"using JS - its MD5 hash is formed" if this is not critical, we can use the ready-made authorization mechanism of laravel.
And the admin/client part itself can be made from ready-made laravel admin panels.
