The contract is intended to transfer the copyrights of the designers' villas to me and not to spread the methods and information that was used in the work of the designers. They get a reward and I get all the rights to their work. As regards technical tasks and ideas, they do not have the right to use them for their own purposes or to work with other employers and to transmit them to anyone whenever they are.
