Diagram and Board on ESP32
Task: development of a schematic diagram and printed circuit board
It is necessary to develop a schematic diagram and printed circuit board based on the ESP32 WROOM controller for ordering ready-made boards from China with soldered components.
Main requirements:
1. Functionality of the board
- Power supply:
- Use a 18650 battery as the power source.
- Implement a battery charging module using TP4056 (or a similar module) with protection against over-discharge and over-charge.
- Voltage stabilization of 3.3 V to power the ESP32 and peripheral devices through a DC-DC Buck Converter (for example, MP1584 or similar) to ensure high energy efficiency.
- Provide power stabilization with an output current of up to 1 A.
- Indication:
- LEDs to display the charging status and full charge of the battery.
- Implement the ability to measure the battery charge level through the ESP32 ADC (using a voltage divider).
- Type-C connector:
- For charging the battery.
- For programming the ESP32 (via USB-UART converter, for example, CP2102 or CH340).
- Peripheral connection:
- Two SPI interfaces to connect to two boards with AS5048A sensors via flat cables.
- UART connector with power +3.3 V, 250 mA.
- Inclination sensor:
- Integrate an inclination level sensor (for example, MPU-6050 or similar) to measure the tilt angles of the board.
2. Requirements for the printed circuit board
- Develop a schematic diagram of the device.
- Perform the layout of components on the board considering the specified dimensions and connector placements (details will be provided after discussion).
- Use DipTrace for schematic design and board routing.
- Provide points for signal testing (Test Points) on the board.
3. Additionally
- Develop two separate boards for AS5048A sensors with a connection interface via SPI ribbon (one sensor per board).
- Specify the requirements for the minimum sizes of these boards.
Work results:
- Schematic diagram of the device in PDF format and source files in DipTrace, KiCad, Altium Designer.
- Gerber files for ordering the main board and sensor boards in production.
- List of used components (BOM) for each board.
- 3D model of the printed circuit board (if possible).
- Recommendations for ordering ready-made boards from China with soldered components.

I can do it in about three days if the fee is not of high complexity. If I need to "tighten up" a lot, then 4-5 days. I work in KiCAD and AD.

1098 9 0 I can do this job. I work with Diptrace without any problems, and I don't see any issues with the components either. The only thing is - I would use AMS1117-3.3 for power supply and wouldn't bother with switching regulators, as there is no advantage to them in this case.

можно уточнение? нужен ли ШИМ понижайка с аккумулятора до 3.3В?
например MP1584 работает от 4,5В, тоесть один аккумулятор не подойдет, надо два последовательно, но по логике должно хватать 1 аккумулятора и линейного стабилизатора, это будет дешевле в разы, надежнее и меньше аккумуляторов, КПД стабилизатора конечно будет меньше, примерно на 20%, но вот и все минусы
