It is necessary to set up an AI assistant via Sendpulse to work with new clients from Telegram ADS advertising, as well as to add a separate mini-app inside the bot
🛠 Task:
AI assistant should:
answer general questions from new subscribers (not about products),
offer subscription to our Telegram and Instagram,
recognize voice messages,
work in multiple languages (at least English),
qualify the client (collect basic info),
remind about itself if the client is inactive or has not subscribed.
Mini-app in the Telegram bot:
opens our website in a Telegram window,
tracks product views on the website,
awards 1 point for each viewed product.
Conduct a short training for our team on how to edit and train the bot independently.
