I understand the task: you need a "semi-automatic" system where the content is ready, but you control the launch.
My technical vision for implementation:
Trigger (Button): We will implement this through a Webhook. In your Google Sheet, we will create a checkbox "Publish" or a separate button (through AppScript) that sends a signal to n8n.
n8n Logic: The scenario receives the signal -> takes the first unpublished row from Google Sheets -> determines which account to post to -> sends it through the Threads API.
Feedback: After publication, n8n automatically sets the status to "Published" and the date in your table.
Multi-account: I will set up routing (Router) in n8n so that the system understands which of the 2-4 accounts to post to, depending on the marking in the table.
