We are looking for a strong accountant/financial controller to build an accounting system for a clothing brand.
Main tasks:
• Build the company's management accounting from scratch.
• Set up the accounting for the movement of goods: warehouse → cutting → sewing → quality control → finished products → shipping.
• Organize the accounting of fabrics, accessories, and leftovers for each item.
• Set up production control and inventory at all stages.
• Implement a cutting planning system based on actual fabric leftovers, goods in production, and sales forecasts.
• Set up sales analytics by models, colors, sizes, and countries.
• Build a forecasting system for production and procurement needs.
• Calculate and automate the cost accounting for each model.
• Implement financial reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, balance sheet).
• Create understandable dashboards for the business owner.
• Select and implement an accounting system and ERP solutions (BAS, Odoo ERP, KeyCRM, Zoho Inventory, or other modern solutions).
Expected result:
The owner can see at any moment:
• the leftovers of fabrics, accessories, and finished products;
• what is in cutting, sewing, and quality control;
• the cost and profitability of each model;
• sales analytics by colors, sizes, and SKUs;
• the recommended volume of cutting and production based on sales and current leftovers;
• cash flow and procurement needs in one place.
The main task is to set everything up conveniently and efficiently so that all figures are at hand and easy to use.
