We are looking for an SMM manager for an animation project.
We plan to promote the project through the following platforms:
- Instagram: Visual content, short animations, Reels, and stories.
- Telegram: A closed community for fans, exclusive content, and polls.
- LinkedIn: Posts for the professional community, promotion among potential partners and investors.
- TikTok: Short, dynamic videos, memes, and challenges aimed at a young audience.
- YouTube: Full episodes, teasers, trailers, and behind-the-scenes videos.

End goal:
Our main goal is to attract and retain an audience of 5,000-10,000 active users interested in the project and to create a base of loyal fans who will support the project at the launch stage of the pilot episode and further development. We also aim to attract the attention of investors and partners for the expansion and scaling of the project.
Requirements:
- Strategic planning: Development and implementation of an SMM strategy for each channel, taking into account the unique characteristics of the audience and platforms.
- Content creation: Preparation of posts, stories, animations, and other materials according to the project concept. Interaction with our team of animators and designers.
- Account management: Managing accounts, regularly publishing content, interacting with the audience, conducting polls and contests.
- Analytics and reporting: Regular monitoring and reporting on campaign effectiveness, adapting the strategy based on results.
- Budgeting: Optimizing the advertising budget to achieve maximum reach and engagement at minimal costs.
- Experience in promotion and ad setup: Experience working with a similar target audience in Western Europe in English. Since advertising laws applicable in Germany, France, and the Netherlands are also relevant in other European countries (except Central Asia and the USA), it is important for us that your agency has experience in these countries.
- Targeted advertising and Meta Ads/Google and Instagram: These are the most important channels for us. Experience with TikTok will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Experience with media projects: Ideally, your agency has experience promoting similar media projects with similar tasks, although we understand that such cases are rare.
