In 2022, I underwent a military medical commission and was deemed unfit for service with exclusion from the records. In 2023, I was sent for another military medical commission because supposedly the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support did not have documents regarding my previous commission. Then they found those documents and said they needed to be sent to the Central Military Medical Commission for approval (they said I could skip the current commission). In 2024, I received a summons by mail, I appeared at the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, where they confirmed that I was unfit for service with exclusion from the records and that the documents were sent to the Central Military Medical Commission and I needed to wait.

The last time I was at the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support was in December 2024, and since then I have been waiting for a call from them. However, about 3 weeks ago, I received a notification in Reserve+ about being wanted for failing to appear for the summons (I was not aware of the summons itself). There is also an offer in Reserve+ to pay a fine.

Therefore, I am looking for a lawyer who can develop the most optimal strategy for my further actions to remove me from the wanted list, cancel the fine, and obtain documents confirming my unfitness for service.

I need a lawyer who has experience in real communication with representatives of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support and knows which methods currently work and yield results, and which do not.
