I am looking for a sales manager
Main Responsibilities:
Searching for New Clients:
Active search for potential clients on social media, business forums, among individual entrepreneurs, NGOs, veteran initiatives, and small businesses.
Using CRM or spreadsheets to record contacts and communication status.
Communication with Clients:
Conducting initial consultations by phone or online.
Identifying client needs: what type of grant they qualify for, what their chances of success are.
Providing basic information about grant programs, stages of cooperation, timelines, and conditions.
Selling Services:
Presenting the company's services: preparing grant applications, support, filling out forms, consultations.
Formulating individual commercial proposals depending on the type of client.
Signing agreements and processing orders.
Client Support:
Coordinating between the client and the team preparing the grant application.
Monitoring payments and timely execution of work.
Maintaining long-term relationships after the project is completed.
Analytics and Reporting:
Maintaining a client database and reporting on sales results.
Providing weekly reports on the number of contacts, consultations, and closed deals.
Analyzing the grant opportunity market and proposing ways to expand sales directions.
Working Conditions:
Employment Type: flexible schedule / remote.
Payment: commission — 20% of the value of each sold project.
Additional Bonuses: percentages for attracting regular clients and successful repeat sales.
Candidate Requirements:
Communication skills, proficient oral and written language.
Experience in sales (online or offline).
Basic understanding of business, grants, or willingness to learn.
Ability to handle objections and persuade the client.
