The hired social media manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy for our Instagram and Facebook accounts. This includes daily activity on Instagram — creating posts, stories, and Reels that showcase our brand's unique macarons, managing marketing campaigns, and optimizing audience engagement through interaction. The goal is to increase brand awareness, grow the number of followers, and ultimately boost sales by connecting with a wider audience and building a loyal community. The manager will also need to track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports with Instagram and Facebook analytics to assess content effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. The manager must be proficient in English, as all content will be created in English. I am currently looking for someone to work from this moment until the end of the year, that is, until December 31.
