I am looking for a personal assistant for an expert who actively blogs on social media and promotes their training services (all details will be discussed in personal communication).
What needs to be done (responsibilities):
- assist in writing texts in Russian and Ukrainian for the blog (must be able to write correctly and stylistically accurately in both languages, able to express thoughts beautifully in accordance with the author's style);
- help create simple designs and presentations in Canva;
- do video editing (we will teach you, it doesn't need to be very complex editing, more like cutting, adding text, subtitles, etc.);
- work with artificial intelligence to find necessary information or perform specific tasks (we will teach you);
- communicate with colleagues regarding task assignments from the manager and monitor the timeliness of their execution;
- communicate with clients regarding payments, resolving technical issues, providing access, etc.;
- perform personal tasks from the manager (booking salons, online purchasing of plane tickets, trains, buying gifts on request);
- search for necessary specialists on behalf of the manager, communicate with them during task execution, and control timely completion). The probation period is 1-2 months, during which there will be partial training and getting acquainted with the tasks, so the salary will be lower than after all tasks are taken on. From the third month, approximately, if you get along with the manager and all tasks are completed, the salary will be increased. Requirements for the candidate:
- a girl, preferably residing in Kyiv, but not necessarily, the main thing is to be constantly in touch, not to disappear, and not to be hard to find;
- responsible, punctual, goal-oriented, able to solve complex tasks without complaining that it is difficult and shifting duties and responsibilities onto others;
- with a calm, non-conflict character and the ability to negotiate;
- with the ability to work 5 days a week for 8 hours (it may sometimes be necessary to work on weekends, in which case the day off will be compensated on a weekday). For job proposals and desired salary level, please contact via personal messages.
