18 USD Good day, we are looking for a Python mentor on a paid basis for an amateur pet project/startup.
We have gathered a strong and motivated team — the project is developing on enthusiasm and is gradually moving towards MVP.
We are looking for someone who could act as a mentor/architect: to periodically call the developers, review the code and solutions, and suggest the direction of movement.
We envision the format approximately as follows:
— at the beginning of the week — a call: review of the current state, discussion of architecture, recommendations, and task setting;
— at the end of the week — a follow-up call, checking results, feedback; — as needed — code review.
Interaction is expected on a paid basis with hourly payment or upfront monthly payment. 800 UAH/hour or your proposal. Approximately this is 3-5 hours per week.
We see our mentor as a specialist with at least 3 years of experience in Python FastAPI who understands websockets, SSE, and microservices architecture.
We have experience working with such a mentor for the last 3 months. Unfortunately, the person currently has issues and cannot participate in the project, at least for now. To prevent the project from stalling, we are looking for a temporary replacement for them, hopefully.
But whether this will be a temporary or permanent replacement will be shown by time.
At this stage, the project has been reviewed, tasks are set, and documentation is available. The person who wants to join will first need to accept the completed tasks, check them, and deploy them. They are 80% verified, only the last 'touches' remain.
Then distribute the previously created tasks. Of course, it will be necessary to familiarize oneself with the project and provide recommendations if any.
