A role-based access control system will be implemented for applicants, managers, and the department head. Applicants will have an interface for submitting applications and tracking status, managers will have a personal account with assigned tasks and the ability to change statuses, and the head will have a dashboard with filtering, assignment of applications, and statistics on the work of managers.
