1. General information:

You can exchange:

money

2. Exchange location

Add a marker "Property Exchange" in the business center.

At the entrance to the marker, the player can send an exchange proposal.

3. Sending an exchange

The player throws an exchange to another player by ID or by nickname

11. If there is no property

If the player has no property in the category, a message is displayed:

You have no businesses and the same applies to money

And the selection button is blocked.

12. Restrictions

The same property cannot be added twice.

Also, you cannot add property:

that is already involved in the exchange

that is for sale

13. Removing property from the exchange

The player can click on the added property and choose:

Remove from exchange

After that, it disappears from the exchange window.

14. Resetting confirmation

If the player:

added property

removed property

changed money

then the "Ready" button for both players is reset.

And add logging in Logs in Interfacer

I have reviewed the technical assignment for the development of the asset exchange system. The task is clear: it is necessary to implement a secure mechanism for transferring assets (cars, real estate, businesses, money) with two-level confirmation and protection against fraud.
My advantages for this project:
• Security logic: I will implement automatic resetting of the "Ready" status upon any change in the exchange conditions (addition/removal of assets, change of amount), which eliminates the possibility of last-minute substitution.
• Working with the database and Interfacer: I will set up proper logging of all stages of the transaction through Interfacer to track operations and resolve disputes.
• Frontend & Backend: I have experience creating similar interfaces (selection menus, categories, lists) with dynamic data updates without delays.
