Downloading video from Blob link (Selenium or other options)

I understand that the video is dynamically created via a blob link, wanted to write a Selenium script but no info on how to do it. Budget negotiable, important that you have experience with this and know how to do it.
Searching for m3u8 media in f12 doesn't help, they are not there, and simply removing the blob: prefix also doesn't help.
