gclid - це Google Click ID. Його буде недостатньо для налаштування наскрізної аналітики. Вам необхідно автоматично забирати з кукісів від сайту та передавати в CRM, в Гугл Аналітику саме Google Client ID (cid) і Facebook Pixel ID - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5S85eypIZtM&t=9s Це може зробити програміст.
Коли користувач заходить на Ваш сайт, то Гугл Аналітика та Facebook Pixel присвоюють цьому візиту унікальний номер - Client ID.
Цей ідентифікатор Client ID є базовою властивістю для розпізнавання користувача при передачі будь-якої інформації про цього користувача в аналітичні системи. Якщо, наприклад, Ви не передасте Google Client ID у CRM і з CRM в Гугл Аналітику, то Гугл Аналітика не зможе нормально співставити дані з угод KeyCRM, які Ви їй відправите.

Або ж Вам потрібно просто налаштувати передачу даних транзакцій з сайту в Гугл Аналітику, а з Гугл Аналітики (або з рівня даних сайту через Гугл Тег Менеджер) можна легко імпортувати дані про покупки з реклами в Google Ads.

На сайті, при переході з реклами, gclid в юрл я наче додала, але чомусь:
1) в хромі він не відображається в кукіс (при перезавантаженні я бачу gclid в кукіс буквально на долю секунди і він зникає)
2) в firefox цей gclid світиться, але в KeyCrm не передається. Я спробувала додати "поле" gclid в срм, але воно наче вручну має вводитись
Напишіть, будь ласка, чи можете Ви налаштувати таке, і скільки то буде коштувати? Дякую дуже заздалегідь!
