Small website for taxi (transfers only) company set up

I would like to create simple website for taxi company for airport transfers(UkrTaxi), which will be able brifly tell:
* what is a company about;
* what kind services it provides;
* rides calculator - which will give brife understanding about cost of the journey;
* showing distance on the map (probably will need to use google maps api)
* request for, where clients will able to leave their details and information about the ride.
