Hello. We are looking for an SMM specialist for a permanent position in a network of beauty salons in Kyiv. The content team includes an operator/editor and an SMM. There will be several projects in the work (salon: main page and cosmetology on a regular basis, and personal brand of the owners upon request)
The role of the SMM specialist for us: is an organizer, marketer, creative person, and targetologist. They do not shoot videos and are not involved in all on-site shoots; the main work is entrusted to the operator/editor.
SMM tasks:
- Participation in creating a marketing strategy with managers and owners
- Prepares a content plan for stories and reels. Not just for show, but regularly and in advance.
- Finds content examples, writes scripts and sales texts
- According to the marketing plan, selects actors, locations, prepares scripts, and organizes shoots
- Organizes regular collaborations with brands and works with bloggers
- Designs creatives and launches targeted advertising, monitors the effectiveness of indicators
- Creates and maintains selling stories regularly from the content of the operator and specialists. Salon - 2-3 per day on the page, owners' brand - upon request
- Posts stories, reels, and TikToks
- Meets plans and KPIs (quantity and quality of content; effectiveness of content: Views / Likes / Shares / Subscriptions / Saves; effectiveness of targeted advertising: cost per lead / client / CTR / ROMI)
- Teaches masters basic shooting of works, controls the execution of the plan and works with their content
- Edits videos upon request of the personal brand of the owners
We are not looking for a beginner; you must have experience working with personal brands and in beauty. Residence in Kyiv is mandatory. Payment is 20,000 UAH per month with the possibility of receiving bonuses for effectiveness up to +10,000 UAH
