We are building a B2B platform with ready-made business tools (templates, systems, guides) for founders, freelancers, and teams.
We are looking for a person who:
understands the purpose of each post
sees SMM as part of the funnel
can work with analytics and hypotheses
Main tasks:
Manage social media (Instagram / TikTok)
Build the connection: content → traffic → registrations
Work with content:
educational
problem-driven
product-driven (but natively)
Generate and test content hypotheses
Analyze performance:
reach
engagement
CTR
retention
clicks
Optimize content based on data
Work together with the growth / influencer team
Must have:
SMM experience of 2 years or more
Experience with short-form video (Reels / TikTok)
Understanding of social media algorithms
Experience in analyzing metrics and optimizing content
Ability to formulate hypotheses and test them
Would be a big plus:
Experience in B2B / SaaS / digital products
Growth marketing
Experience with funnels
